40 weeks, 1 day.

The journey so far.

Dean and I have has a very full life together since we met almost 3 years since on a tinder date.  You read that correctly, tinder wins!

We’ve travelled, we’ve got our hands dirty, we’ve laughed, seen milestones, lived together in an apartment and now a house, welcomed a fur baby and now a little human is on the horizon!

Fast forward to Feb 2019 and I am full term and sitting on the sofa in the crux of a hot Melbourne summer.

I can no longer sit up straight or stop sweating. Driving is near impossible and my poor little brain and eyes can’t focus on much anymore. I am so sure that many of you can relate!

Each time I go quiet on social media my phone floods with messages of people asking if I’m in labour or if I’ve had the baby.  Believe me, I can’t wait to meet the baby too, it's elbowing me in the ribs as we speak.

I am making the most of the quiet time as uncomfortable as it may be, this little angel will make its grand entrance when it is ready. In the meantime I am going to do whatever I can to keep my brain active and try not get lost in Netflix!

Today it is all about this blog.

This blog has been something I have always wanted. Dean actually bought and set up the site for me early on in our relationship (he’s a keeper) and now I finally have the time to put into it and watch it evolve as I do our child.
